A | (ECNS) -- The 17th Beijing Olympic City Sports Culture Festival opened on Friday at the Beijing Olympic Museum, featuring more than 20 activities centered on the city’s Olympic culture. Beijing made history as the first city in the world to host both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games, with the 2008 Beijing Olympics and Paralympics and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Launched in 2010, the annual festival aims to preserve Olympic legacies and promote the Olympic spirit through community sports, youth education, exhibitions and exchanges among Olympic cities. This year’s program includes emerging international sports, the Beijing Zhangjiakou sports culture and tourism area, and the Beijing International Sports Film Week. The Olympic City Summer Plaza will feature Winter Olympic exhibits and an Italy-themed program showcasing the culture of the host country of the upcoming Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. Participants from different countries and regions will share experiences in preserving Olympic legacies and promoting international exchanges. B | 　　刘国中表示，粮食安全是事关人类生存的根本性问题。习近平主席指出，保障粮食安全是一个永恒的课题，任何时候都不能放松。

C | 中国政府坚持把“三农”工作作为重中之重，深入实施“以我为主、立足国内、确保产能、适度进口、科技支撑”的粮食安全战略，坚持藏粮于地、藏粮于技，着力提升农业综合生产能力，解决了14亿多人口的吃饭问题，走出了一条中国特色粮食安全发展道路。　　刘国中强调，亚太经合组织在维护全球粮食安全中具有举足轻重的地位。中方愿同各经济体一道，共同构建更加稳固的粮食安全体系。他提出4点建议：一是聚焦产能提升，立足各自资源禀赋，共同夯实粮食安全基础。二是强化创新驱动，深化农业科技合作，共同培育保障粮食安全新动能。三是畅通贸易循环，坚持多边主义和开放型经济大方向，共同维护粮食供应链安全稳定。四是坚持普惠包容，强化政策协同，共同守牢粮食安全底线。　　本次会议以“建设亚太共同体，促进共同繁荣”为主题，来自APEC经济体、秘书处和有关国际组织代表近200人参会。【编辑:刘阳禾】。
